Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is not required, but advance booking is recommended during busy hours because a massage room may not be available.

Can couples book massage together?
Yes. We have a private couple room, and most massage programs can be enjoyed together.
Which massage should I choose if I mainly want to relax?
Light Massage is the gentlest option, Aroma Massage adds essential oils and scented elements, and Classic Massage offers a familiar balanced format. The administrator can help you compare them when booking.
What does a Bath Complex include?
It depends on the selected complex. Current options combine a tea ceremony, sauna, Mix or Sports Massage, peeling or salt scrub, cleansing and washing; total duration is 150 or 180 minutes.
How long are the services?
Current menu durations range from 15 to 210 minutes. Most full massage options are 60 or 90 minutes, while Bath Complex programs last 150 or 180 minutes.
Can I book the sauna separately?
Yes. The current menu offers 60 minutes of sauna access without pool use. Availability should be confirmed when booking.
Is Pure Esthetic a medical massage clinic?
No. Pure Esthetic provides non-medical wellness, relaxation and spa massage services.

Yes. Pure Esthetic welcomes both men and women.
Do you accept foreign visitors?
Yes. There are no restrictions for foreign visitors.

Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available in front of the building.
Is wheelchair access available?
The spa is on basement levels and has no elevator. Staff can assist guests who use a wheelchair; please contact us before arrival.
